Functional Training

Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life.
Functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core strength.
It attempts to develop exercises which allow trainees to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.


  • Includes cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance and power, speed, agility, balance, reaction time, body control, core conditioning and flexibility
  • Worked with athletes at all levels and focus on what we do well which is make them stronger and faster


  • ViPR (Vitality, Performance & Reconditioning) is the training which blend the concept of strength and functional trainings
  • Combines full-body movements (lifting, shifting and twisting) with load to enhance the vitality, performance


  • TRX (Total-Body Resistance Exercise ) is suspension training bodyweight exercise, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously
  • Based on a combined approach that includes balance, coordination and flexibility
  • Trainees perform the exercises in static positions which may work well in increasing muscles
